Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped for delivery to be received on Friday.
Please be aware that orders might be delayed due to reasons outside of our control such as postal service problems or high volume orders.
Shipping charges for your order will vary depending on your product and subscription membership. For our home product bundles and those using single purchases shipping charges are rated at £5.99; for subscription memberships shipping charges are rated at £3.99.
We currently do not offer international shipping or local pick ups on our products.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns after orders have been created or despatched.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
